1. Fee Payment Policy
All fees paid towards admission, tuition, or any academic service at Tangent Learning Campus are considered final and are subject to the terms mentioned below.
2. Refund Policy
- Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances
- No refund will be provided after admission is confirmed or classes have commenced
- Partial attendance or discontinuation of classes will not be eligible for any refund
3. Batch / Course Transfer
- Students may request a batch or course change within 7 days of admission
- Transfer is subject to availability and management approval
- No transfer will be allowed after the specified period
4. Duplicate Payment / Technical Errors
In case of duplicate payment or transaction error, the extra amount will be adjusted or refunded after verification
5. Study Material / Books
- Books or study material once issued are non-returnable and non-refundable
- If any material is received damaged, it may be replaced if reported within 48 hours of receipt
6. Missed Classes
- No refund or fee adjustment will be made for missed classes
- Students are encouraged to attend regularly and utilize doubt sessions
7. Cancellation by Institute
- In rare cases where TLC cancels a batch, an adjustment or alternative batch will be offered
- Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the management
8. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any course or making a payment, the student/parent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
